Your gear is printed, packed and sent with care.
RETROGEMA currently ships to the UK only.
Every order is made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful. That means your T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt or other arcade-ready item is created especially for you after you place your order.
Because each product is printed on demand, your order needs a little production time before it ships. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then sent using the available UK delivery service.
Think of it like waiting for the loading bar, slightly annoying, but worth it when the good stuff appears.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is made up of two parts:
Production time + shipping time = estimated delivery time
Most RETROGEMA orders are expected to follow this rough timeline:

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, stock availability, fulfilment delays, postal delays, bank holidays or unexpected courier issues may affect delivery times.
UK-only shipping
At the moment, RETROGEMA only ships within the United Kingdom.
We may open up international shipping in the future, but for now we’re keeping things UK-only so we can keep the experience cleaner, simpler and easier to manage.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the available delivery options.
The final shipping price will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you should receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Tracking may take a little time to update after dispatch, so don’t panic if it doesn’t show movement immediately.
Multiple items in one order
If you order more than one item, they may sometimes arrive separately.
This can happen because products may be produced in different fulfilment locations, packed separately, or shipped at different times.
You won’t need to do anything, just keep an eye on your dispatch emails.
Customs and import fees
RETROGEMA currently ships to the UK only.
For UK orders fulfilled within the UK, there should be no customs or import duties.
Wrong address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has gone into fulfilment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order seems delayed, please allow a little extra time, especially around busy periods or bank holidays.
